I was traveling through Richmond on my way home from vacation when my check engine light suddenly came on, along with multiple other warning lights and alarms. River’s Bend Auto Care was the closest service station, so I pulled in and hoped for the best—and I am so grateful that I did! They were able to see me immediately, diagnose the problem, get the parts they needed, and have me back on the road within two hours. I truly cannot thank them enough for how well they took care of me. I was traveling alone and still about two and a half hours from home, so what could have been an incredibly stressful and horrible experience turned into one of my luckiest days. The service was exceptional, and everyone was friendly, helpful, and genuinely concerned about making sure I could get back on the road safely. I cannot recommend River’s Bend Auto Care enough.
